This podcast is not only about bringing back hope to those who have lost all hope but it's about keeping hope and peace, it's about mental health issues that we face today.
Although I will share my story and why I have such a passion for this subject this podcast is not about me.
You can expect to hear directly from guest speakers on their personal stories of overcoming hopelessness, anxiety, depression, PTSD and the tons of other mental health issues we face today.
